All the firm's lawyers have considerable experience representing client interests in relation to their opponents, including in courts and arbitration courts, as well as preparing various litigation documents – claims, explanations, appeals, and cassation complaints, counterclaims.

The office is conveniently located, and the office lawyers are happy to meet clients in person – we have concluded that even a brief personal meeting is often more productive than prolonged remote information exchange. We are also eager to participate in oral court sessions during court processes, as we highly value face-to-face contact both with the court and the procedural opponent; however, if necessary, we also work remotely or in written processes. We can provide a detailed and accurate legal assessment and the further action “roadmap” only after examining documents and, if necessary, after a follow-up meeting.

Over more than 12 years of operation, we have concluded that there are virtually no unsolvable cases, but there are solutions that are more or less acceptable to the client.
